Rachel is a curious, communicative co-creator who likes alliteration. She has a diverse background in graphic design, organic farm management, and athletics. Her education and first professional work came from the Savannah College of Art and Design, where she played basketball, earned two degrees, and was hired by the university’s design press printing department as a graphic designer. Years later, she moved from the office to the fields, working beside some of her native Georgia’s most respected farmers before becoming the manager at Wrecking Barn Farm in 2015. While navigating nature’s deadlines, she did freelance graphic design for ObliqSound, Creek Valley Records, Atlanta Roller Derby (where she also skated), and others. In her free time, Rachel can be found in the woods, at a skating rink, or at the bottom of a cuddle pile with her partner Nicole, 2 dogs (Bess and Ren), and cat (Uzo).
